A very Spicy and Tasty breakfast that could be made with the left over chapathi is Veg kothu chapathi .All you need is chop some onions,tomato and vegetables to make this yummy breakfast ,you can also make this as a snack for the kids.
INGREDIENTS
2 left over chapathies
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped capsicum
A fistful of cabbage (chopped)
2 grenn chillies (chopped)
2 ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 turmeric powder
A fistful of coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil
METHOD
Cut the chapathies into small pieces
Heat oil in a large pan add ginger garlic paste ,green chilies,onion,tomato,cabbage(I used purple one,just for the color ) and saute for 3 – mins in simmer flame.
Add the chapathi,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and serve them hot.
