INGREDIENTS
20 medium sized prawns
1 onion(chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2-3 tsp chilli powde
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan,add the saunf, after a minute add finely chopped onions and saute till they turn transparent.Then add the finely chopped tomato and saute for 5-8 mins in medium flame stirring occasionally .Add the pawns and saute for 2 mins.
Now add turmeric powder,chilli powder,cumin powder,salt and required amount of water.When it boils reduce to simmer flame and cook for 15 -20 mins until the oil separates and the prawns are completely cooked.
Spicy prawns are ready to serve.
