Eggs are among the most nutritious food and are incredibly fulfilling.They are perfect food as they contain a little bit of almost every nutrient we need.Eggs are cheap,easy to prepare and taste awesome.I have posted here a very easy,simple recipe made with eggs and fried onions.Any food that is over fried or burnt goes waste except onions which tastes great when deep fried to golden brown.
These eggs are also served along with ATHO NOODLES
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Hard boil the eggs on medium heat for 10-15 mins.Cool and peel the eggs,slice them into halves lengthwise.
Heat oil in a pan.Dice the onions finely and deep fry them in oil until they turn golden brown.
Add a tsp of oil,chilli powder,salt to the fried onions.
Mix them well.
Now take a spoon of this fried onions and spread over the egg halves.You can serve them for breakfast,lunch or dinner.
Also you can enjoy them with ATHO-BURMESE NOODLES
