Brownies are perfect treats to make for any special occasion at home .I made these Brownies yesterday for my husband’s birthday.Actually I wanted to post an Indian sweet but ended making these baked goods. These brownies are so quick and easy to make just like a ready made mix from the market.
They are perfect for a quick batch too.You can never go wrong with this Brownie recipe,they are super moist,yummy and delicious.Chocolate lovers must give this easy chocolaty brownie a try.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup flour

1/3 cup cocoa + 2 & 1/2 tbsp cocoa

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 & 1/2 cups sugar

3 eggs

1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp butter for greasing

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 350 degree,grease the pan and keep it aside. Mix oil,sugar and vaniila extract.Add the eggs and mix until well combined.

Mix flour,cocoa,baking powder and salt.

Add the egg mixture slowly to the flour and mix well without any lumps.

Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 30-35 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

cut them in squares

Serve with Ice cream and caramel sauce for a delicious Brownie Sundae.
