Sandwich Chutney is so quick to make at home,there is so much goodness in this chutney with all fresh ingredients.A one step chutney where the ingredients are ground raw without any cooking process.Such a healthy,delicious green colored chutney that tastes great with few breakfasts like Idly,dosa,chappathi and poori.Sometimes,I mix them with curd and serve with panini sandwiches ,tandoori and barbeque items too.

PREPARATION TIME : 10 MINS

YIELDS : 1/2 CUP

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mint leaves

1/2 cup coriander leaves

2 tbsp roasted bengal gram

3 cloves garlic

1 green chilly

1/2 tsp black salt

An inch of ginger

Juice from half lime

Skin peels from 1 cucumber

Water as required

METHOD

Take all the ingredients together and grind it to a paste in a mixer with black salt and water.

To serve with barbeque and tandoori items mix with little curd.

  1. firstly this looks delicious and secondly I am now totally convinced that i don’t have a proper grinder blender – does yours chop all ingredients really finely? do you use a blender? I am curious!
