Puttu is a traditional and popular breakfast recipe of Kerala usually served with kadalai curry (chickpea /chana).I dont make puttu that often but when I do I make this whole wheat flour puttu. An easy puttu recipe for it doesn’t require any special process in preparing the flour.
Healthy zero oil recipe where the flour is roasted, steamed and served with grated coconut ,sugar or jaggery. It can be served for breakfast, dinner or for evening tea time snack.
