Halwas are a must classic sweet for most of the Indian weddings, festivals and special occasions. This makes them so special and when garnished with nuts they become so rich.Halwas made with fruits and vegetables gives such a nice texture ,colour, taste and flavour to the halwa than the ones made with flour.
Pumpkin Halwa or Kasi Kalwa can be made with either white or yellow pumpkin. You can either grind the pumpkin pulp or grate them using a hand held grater or food processor. But grating them brings gooey texture to the halwa and you would love to have this glossy, jelly halwa the very moment you finish making them.Do try this Halwa at home and have a wonderful day with your family and friends.
