Paneer Tikka is a famous North Indian starter recipe and must be a favourite one not only for vegetarians but for non-vegetarians too.Paneer Tikka is marinated paneer cubes and veggies in curd with some different spices to make it more flavorful and delicious.
Paneer with the veggies has to be marinated for at least 3-4 hours.Paneer Tikka is usually prepared in tandoor (clay oven).I have showed two methods of making Panner Tikka at home ,one with oven and another method is a simple one using a dosa tawa.
Paneer Tikka can be served as healthy snack for kids back from school with a cup of milk or a glass of their favourite fresh fruit juice.

Preheat the oven to 180 degree C or 350 degree F.If using a wooden skewers immerse them in water for 15 mins.
Arrange the paneer and veggies, brush with oil and bake for 20-25 mins.
Serve the Paneer Tikka with lemon wedges and green chutney.
TAKE CARE TIPS
Marinade the mixture for 3-4 hours or keep the marinated paneer overnight in the fridge
Use a well seasoned dosa tawa to avoid the paneer getting stuck to the tawa.
