SERVES : 1

INGREDIENTS

3 pistachios

3 almonds

3 cashews

2 walnut

5 raisins

2 dates

1 fig

2 tsp honey or sugar

200 ml milk

Few saffron strands for garnishing (optional)

METHOD

Add the dry fruits and nuts in your blender.

Blend for 10 sec in medium speed ,then add milk and blend for 5 sec in medium speed.

Finally add sugar and whisk them for 10 secs.

Garnish with saffron strands and serve them warm or chilled.

TAKE CARE TIPS:

You can add honey,cane sugar,jaggery,palm sugar or maple syrup as a sweetening agent.

You can include or exclude any nuts and dry fruits.
