Mushroom Garlic Fry

This recipe is a simple stir fry with mushrooms and garlic,then seasoned with just pepper.Both garlic and pepper brings out such a nice flavor that enhances the taste of this mushroom fry.
Wash the mushrooms well in water,remove the outer thin skin part of the mushroom before chopping them.This Mushroom fry can be served as a starter or as side dish with naan and rotis.They tastes so good even with just plain dal rice with ghee.You can also prepare this mushroom recipe in your air fryer to make it healthy and delicious.

PREPARATION TIME : 10 MINS

COOKING TIME : 15 MINS

SERVES : 2-3

INGREDIENTS

200 g mushroom

8 cloves garlic

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp oil

1/4 cup water

Salt to taste

METHOD

Wash the mushrooms in water,remove the outer thin skin part and then chop them.

Heat oil in a kadai,add the garlic and saute for a min.Then add the mushrooms and saute for 2 mins in medium flame.Add the turmeric powder.

Now add the pepper, salt and saute for a min.Then add 1/4 cup water and bring it to boil.

When it starts to boil,simmer the flame to low and cook for 7-10 mins.

cook for 10 mins

Serve the Mushroom garlic fry with naan,roti or rice.
