200 ml milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or essence
1-2 tbsp sugar
Combine milk,ice cream,vanilla essence,sugar in a blender and blend until you’ve got a smooth and frothy milkshake.
Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
TAKE CARE TIPS
If you want to make a healthy version then skip the ice cream and add low fat milk.
To make a thicker version reduce the amount of milk and replace it with ice creams.
