Past couple weeks my husband and me have been adding turmeric to our regular tea since we found out that it helps in inflammation. It is so subtle that it does not alter the flavor at all.

Came by your blog as featured by Lynzrealcooking.com. We bought a jar of turmeric recently but haven’t opened it not knowing what to do with it. Now I know. Can one substitute Basil for the Thulasi leaves?
