Nothing can beat the flavour of freshly ground Indian spices but still we rely on ready made kitchen powders to enhance the flavour and taste of foods. These kitchen powders that we buy from the markets must have some artificial flavoring and coloring agents that may cause health hazards. Here is a simple fish fry masala that could be prepared with the basic ingredients available in our kitchen and it brings out such taste ,flavor and color to your fish fries.
Today I m sharing the most tastiest fish fry recipe using Murrel fish or Veraal fish.Murrels are fresh water fish and an excellent source of omega -3 fatty acids. The demands for Murrels are very high and are sold for Rs 700-800 per kg.Fishes are the natural healthy food of all the Non veg items especially the Murrel fish / Veraal fish.Do make this fish fry at home and have a healthy non veg meal with your family.

Thank you for the recipe.. i tried it today, it was good.
I increased the spices quantities (coriander powder, jeera, chilli paste, lemon) compared to what you mentioned in the ingredients list because the marinated pieces didnt look the same colour as in the pictures you posted.. probably because of the curd the marinade looked little paler
