Maggie is an instant noodle from Nestle and is popular all over India. It is a companion of all students, graduates living in hostel and people staying abroad alone and away from family. Maggi has been one of the favourite breakfast options for kids and adults.It is so easy to prepare and one could make so many versions out of Maggie.One such recipe is Maggie Briyani that my family has been making for years,it is so flavourful with the addition of some extra spices ,mint and coriander leaves along with Maggie taste maker and also healthy with the fresh veggies that we add to it.You can add any veggies of your choice even some mushrooms and soya nuggets will definitely tastes great.Let me show you how to make Maggi Veg Briyani using Maggie noodles and taste maker.

INGREDIENTS

4 Maggie instant noodles pack

1 onion

1/2 tomato

1 carrot (medium sized)

3 tbsp peas

4 cups water

1 star anise

3 cloves

1 bay leaf

1 cardamom

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 green chillies

6 cashews(broken)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

3/4 tsp chilli powder

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp chopped mint leaves

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

3 tbsp oil

METHOD

Heat oil in a pan,add cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,cashews,fennel seeds an saute for a min in medium flame.Then add the ginger garlic paste,green chillies and saute for 2 mins in medium flame.

Add the onions and saute for 2 mins in low flame,then add tomatoes and saute for 2 more mins in low flame.

Add the chopped carrot and saute for 2 mins in low flame.

Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,water,peas,maggie taste maker and bring it to boil.

Then add the noodles cake,mint leaves,coriander leaves and let it boil.

When it starts to boil ,reduce the flame to low and cook for 5-7 mins or until well cooked.
