Heat ghee in a kadai, add the balls.Deep fry them in ghee for few mins on low flame until they turn golden brown.Remove from ghee and add them directly to the warm sugar syrup.Let it be soaked in the sugar syrup for 30 mins.

TAKE CARE TIPS

Fry the Jamuns on low flame,do not get tempted to increase the flame.

Let the sugar syrup be warm and not hot.

Seal the dough well before frying, otherwise the stuffing would come out.

You can also try with instant Gulab Jamun mix.But the taste would definitely differ.
