Jawarisi Mixture / Sago Mixture is an easy to make mixture recipe using tapioca pearls.It is a very quick recipe that could be made in a jiffy , you can make them for evening tea time when you have sudden guests at home.
You need nylon tapioca pearls for this recipe for the ordinary sago would become harder after frying.You can alter all other ingredients as per your taste preferences and also the seasoning.A good snack for kids back from school!

MAKING TIME : 5 MINS
1 1/2 cups Sago/Shabudhana/ Jawarisi
1/2 cup aval/poha
2 tbsp groundnuts
2 tbsp roasted bengalgram
2 tbsp cashews (broken)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Fry the nylon tapioca pearls in oil using a metal strainer followed by groundnuts,roasted bengalgram,aval and cashews,Strain them in a kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and mix gently.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
