SERVES: 2-3
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mango pulp
1 cup curd
1/4 cup sugar
A generous pinch of cardamom
Few saffron strands (kesar)
METHOD
Blend together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
