Rich and creamy Mango Lassi is all we Chennaites need right now to beat the summer heat in India.Summer drinks like LASSI and NEER MOR keeps our body hydrated,cools our system and makes our skin look younger and smoother.Lassis comes with lot of variations in tastes and flavours and this Mango lassi is a curd based drink with a pinch of cardamom and kesar (saffron)for a rich flavour.This summer drink is so perfect for breakfast.

SERVES: 2-3

aam ka lassi

INGREDIENTS

1 cup mango pulp

1 cup curd

1/4 cup sugar

A generous pinch of cardamom

Few saffron strands (kesar)

METHOD

Blend together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
