Mango Milkshake

A simple and easy Mango Milkshake recipe with just 3 ingredients that is so perfect for summer time.The juicy pulp makes the milkshake more filling like smoothies,you can alter the amount of ingredients as per your taste buds.Vegans can use cashew milk or almond milk and for a richer version you try adding some nuts and ice creams.Saffron and Cardamom enhances the flavour but it is totally optional.
A beautiful yellow colored drink that you can make yourself with just 3 ingredients.This one goes down great in parties.Serve the sweet,fruity milkshake in a highball glass over some ice cubes,ice creams or just vanilla cream.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup mango pulp

1 cup chilled milk

1/4 cup sugar(or as per your need)

A pinch of saffron strands (optional)

METHOD

Wash and peel the mangoes,transfer them to your mixer.Add saffron strands ,milk,sugar and blend until creamy and frothy.

Serve them chilled.
