INGREDIENTS:
1/2 corianded seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds
6-8 dried red chillies
2 tsp fennel seeds
4 star anise
5 cloves
2 cardamoms
2 small cinnamon stick
1 tsp pepper
METHOD
Dry roast all the ingredients in a kadai for 7 mins in low flame.
Let it cool and grind it to coarse or fine powder.
Store in an airtight container.
