Orange Cake Recipe

2 cups all purpose flour

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 orange with skin (remove seeds)


Preheat the oven to 170 degree C and grease a loaf pan.
Add eggs,oil, sugar,half orange and 1/4 cup orange juice into your blender and blend for few seconds.

Sift flour, baking powder,baking soda.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 40 -45 minutes .

The cake stays good for 3 days
