maida biscuits

Ghee biscuits must be a favorite childhood cookies for most of us.With just 3 ingredients one can make these ghee biscuits at home.Though they are easily available at the bakery shops ,the ones made at home are delicious with the nice smell of ghee and just melts in your mouth.
These cookies are so perfect for an evening tea time snack.I could definitely bet you that your family would eat more of these homemade cookies than the shop bought ones.
They can be made in huge batches and stored in airtight containers during festival times or for any special occasions at home .As we housewives are always busy even on festival days.So its better to make them in advance and enjoy the precious time with family members.

    1. Butter adds a rich distinctive flavor to the cookies….Oil makes the cookie flat, try replacing just half the butter with oil….
