Prawn Biryani

prawn-briyani

Biryani is a one pot meal with the richness of the spices and basmati rice that gives a distinct aroma and flavor to the dish. I would like to share a very simple prawn biryani recipe that is so aromatic with the addition of spices, basmati rice and prawns that adds so much flavor and taste. You don’t have to marinade the prawns, they are cooked in curd with home made biryani masalas. This biryani recipe is much simpler to make than any other biryani recipe, takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. A simple gravy, raita or a bowl of veggie salad goes well with this biryani. Overall an amazing filling and flavorsome one pot meal.
