Squid Fry / Kadambha Varuval

Squid / Kadambha is a very popular seafood dish in Kerala,it is the tastiest amoung all seafood delicacies. It has a vert nice flavour that is so inviting but the cleaning part is very time consuming. First the black ink has to be cleaned out ,then there is a transparent stick like structure that yas to be removed, finally peel the pink colored layer covering the outer body. Then chop and wash the squid in water to remove the slimness completely.
