Grape Squash Recipe

Grape Squash is thickened grape juice with sugar which can be stored for 2-3 weeks and consumed when needed.Chennai’s heat doesn’t seem to be coming down even after Agni Veyil,so it is good to prepare homemade squashes that is always better than store bought ones.Only the preparation takes time and it is long process, but it is so easy to serve by mixing one part of thick squash with 3 or 4 parts of water.
This was the first recipe that was taken for me in my Home Science class,so it is always so special to me.Every time I make this grape squash,it fills me with such old good memories.
