Potato chips are plain, simple and delicious snack that could be easily done at home. With just few ingredients you can make super thin, crispy chips.Unlike the store bought one has a long list of ingredients such as artificial colours, emulsifiers, preservatives and taste enhancers.Homemade chips are crackling crisp and has a pure flavor from the real fresh potatoes. So you don’t have to waste money on fancy chips anymore. For a delightful twist you can add barbeque sesaoning, italian herbs, sweet paprika, tajin or anything that your taste buds are craving for.I have seasoned them with just salt and chilli powder with some curry leaves and cashews to make it more like a South Indian snack. These chips are perfect for lunch box snacks, picnic baskets and for parties.
