A really easy Apple muffin recipe that is so soft and so tasty.I always love making cupcakes and breads with fruits and veggies for they give such nice flavour and texture.Baking these muffins makes your kitchen smell wonderful .You will just need basic ingredients along with apple to make these muffins.You can use your choice of apple but the apples with tartness makes a truly awesome Apple muffin.Really yummy when served warm,you can also sprinkle them with some brown sugar or cinnamon sugar.Kids will enjoy them and you’ll be happy to see them getting a treat.These are a great little snack to eat with a cup of tea.
PREPARATION TIME : 5 MINS
BAKING TIME : 22-24 MINS (190 DEGREES C)

1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped apple
1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 190 DEGREES C. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Peel and chop the apple to small pieces.Add a tsp of flour and toss to coat.
Stir together flour, sugar and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk together the butter, eggs and milk until well combined.
Add wet ingredients and dry ingredients and stir until just combined.Fold in chopped apples.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.Bake in preheated oven for 22-24 mins or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container.
