PREPARATION TIME : 10 MINS
MAKING TIME : 30 MINS
2 cups raw rice/ pacharisi maavu
1/4 cup roasted bengal gram / pottukadalai
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp butter
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil for frying
Add raw rice flour ,roasted bengal gram flour ,sesame seeds,salt ,butter and mix gently.
Add water and make a soft dough.
Add the dough to your murukku mould with the shown disc,carefully press directly into oil in such a way they don’t stick to each other.Fry till it changes to mild orange in color and drain using a kitchen pape
Store in an airtight container and enjoy your snack with TEA.
